Physical Exam Requirements

 

Kindergarten Physical Exam Requirement: Students who are entering kindergarten must submit a current in-person physical examination that is conducted 12 months from the start of the school year. (Grace period of 90 days from the start of school is accepted, but greatly discouraged.)

 

4th Grade Physical Exam Requirement: Students who are entering 4th grade must submit a current in-person physical exam that is conducted up to two years before or within 120 days of school start.
